We provide Islandwide delivery to your doorstep between 6PM to 10PM.
Please ensure that there is someone at the point of delivery to receive the package. Fresh juices should not be left unattended. Ensure that juices are refrigerated immediately upon receipt.

1. How do I consume the powders?
We recommend you stir it into water or a beverage of your choice. You can also sprinkle it onto foods of your choice – like salad for example. Feel free to experiment! It’s a food product after all.
2. The powders clump up when I stir them. Is this normal?
This is perfectly normal. Stir well and the powders should fully dissolve.
3. The powders have solidified in their glass bottles. Is this normal?

4. Can I consume more than the recommended amount as stated on the bottle?
Yes! Our powders are essentially food and it is safe to consume more than what’s stated on the bottle. As with everything else, moderation is advised.
5. How many servings are there in each bottle?
There is up to 25 servings for each bottle if you take a flat scoop with a teaspoon. However, heaping teaspoon scoops will decrease the number of servings available in each bottle. As our powders are a food product, it is acceptable if you consume more (or less) per recommended serving size.
6. I’m on medication or seeking treatment for an illness. Can I consume this product?
Always seek the guidance of your doctor or other qualified health professional with any questions you may have regarding your health or a medical condition before consuming a new product.
At Antidote, quality is our highest priority. We aim to put healthy and tasty bottles of juice into the hands of every customer. However, we acknowledge that sometimes, you may not be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If so, we’re here to help you sort it out. We are open to considering refunds on a case-by-case basis. Full or partial refunds may be processed based on the feedback we receive. Please note that there will be a small fee that is charged by the payment processor. If there is an issue with your order, please send us a photo of the products you received to our email or WhatsApp helpline. Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not provide any returns or exchanges. For the rescheduling of deliveries, please inform us at least 1 day in advance. To request same-day deliveries, kindly write to us. Please note that we will not refund orders from customers who assume they will receive same-day delivery. However, we are happy to reschedule the order for you.
